The Opportunity

Reporting to MassMutual's Head of Alternative Investments, the Director of Alternative Investments will be a key leader and representative for the investment accounting, reporting, governance, and control processes supporting MassMutual's commercial mortgage loan and real estate portfolios. The position will lead a team of MassMutual employees focused on ensuring the accurate, timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close cycles for these asset classes, including oversight of accounting services and reporting deliverables prepared by third-party administrators and service providers.
