Director of AI Products

Responsibilities

• Set and own the ICAP product vision and roadmap, including the strategic evolution into a Proxy-focused solution
• Translate market signals, customer needs, and competitive insights into clear product direction and prioritized investments
• Partner deeply with Engineering to ensure fast, high-quality execution and scalable architecture
• Work closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing to drive bookings, pipeline, and customer adoption
• Serve as a visible product leader across regions, partnering with Vietnam-based teams
• Balance innovation with operational excellence to ensure reliability and performance at scale
• Represent ICAP to customers, partners, and internal leadership
