Lead and manage the end-to-end admissions process from initial enquiry to final enrolm ent. Recruit, develop, train, and mentor a team of Admission Counsellors and ancillary st aff. Prepare comprehensive Admission Folders covering school philosophy, infrastructure, board affiliation, achievements, staff profiles, fee structures, and parent testimoni als. Design and deliver effective admission sales pitches and train counsellors on objection handling techniq ues.
