Director, OD/OE COE

**Description**

The Director, Organizational Effectiveness Workforce Planning is a strategic specialist within the Organizational Effectiveness Center of Excellence (OE CoE), responsible for leading workforce planning and analytics that inform organizational design, operating model, and transformation decisions. This role enables data-driven decision-making by translating workforce data into actionable insights, scenarios, and recommendations that support business strategy and organizational effectiveness.

Working closely with Engagement Leads, Engagement Partners, HR stakeholders, and business leaders, this role ensures workforce insights are embedded across major OE engagements and enterprise initiatives.
