Overview

KingSett Capital is seeking a Director, Multi-Residential Asset Management to join the Toronto team reporting to the Senior Vice President, Multi-Residential & Hotels. In this role you will work very closely with management to assist in the identification, evaluation, and implementation of value creation strategies.

Role Responsibilities

• Maximize value and optimize property performance.
• Partner with property managers in the preparation, reviewing and approving annual property budgets.
• Monitor property performance against budgets.
• Develop long‑term plans for major capital projects in a cost effective and service enhancing strategy.
• Conduct monthly property reviews to ensure timely delivery of property results, alignment and advancement of key property objectives.
• Analyze property and portfolio performance and track monthly KPIs across the portfolio. <...
