As the lead enterprise-wide transformation integrator for J&J MedTech in the APAC region, you will orchestrate the orthopedics separation and broader MedTech Supply Chain (MTSC) transformation agenda. Your role will bridge strategy and execution, ensuring that transformation priorities are translated into operational delivery, meeting milestone and investment targets while safeguarding service continuity and executive governance rigor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional orchestration supporting orthopedics separation readiness and stabilization
• Ensure timely handover to the newly established orthopedics supply chain and manage key dependencies across supply‑chain, logistics, ERP, planning, commercial, and finance teams
• Drive enterprise issue/risk escalation management and mitigation planning
