Director, Legal Services & Compliance (Hybrid)

LUT University in Finland is seeking a Head of Legal Services to oversee legal affairs and document management. You will lead a team of four legal specialists and a three-person document services group, guiding strategic or operational legal work and process development.

You will advise researchers and university management, negotiate contracts, manage procurement and public-law matters, and ensure robust case management and archiving.
