Within GMNS, Global Strategy Operations & Performance (GSOP) drives strategy, governance, and execution to enable a profitable, compliant, and vibrant network.

The Director, KYC POA Strategy is part of the Global Merchant Operations team within the Global Merchant & Network Services (GMNS) business unit.
