**Description** 1898 & Co., a part of Burns & McDonnell, is seeking a Director of Integrated Solutions to define and advance enterprise-level client problems and integrated solutions that align capabilities across multiple departments and business lines within 1898 & Co., and when appropriate, the broader Burns & McDonnell enterprise. This role blends senior client engagement leadership with business development discipline and is responsible for shaping client problems into integrated solutions, creating a consistent narrative and value proposition, and driving pursuit strategy and pipeline performance for priority solution areas.



This leader will be credible with executive and senior stakeholder audiences, skilled at guiding discovery conversations, and effective at orchestrating cross functional teams to move clients from current state to desired future state.
