Job Description What is the opportunity? You will serve as a key leader within the

RBC Insurance CFO

team , acting as a strategic business partner and principal advisor across financial accounting, performance management, and planning and forecasting activities. You will hold primary responsibility for the strategic direction and execution of large-scale finance & actuarial transformation initiatives, including automation efforts related to major accounting standards implementation. This role demands high-level collaboration with senior business partners, including IT and Actuarial leadership, to pinpoint significant financial optimization opportunities.
