Director, IAM Business Analysis (CIAM/PIAM)

Job Description The Director, IAM Business Analysis is a strategic leader responsible for driving excellence in business analysis practices across Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. This role oversees a team of Business Analysts and Senior Managers, ensuring effective resource allocation, project oversight, and delivery of IAM solutions that align with organizational goals. It is accountable for building the capabilities of the BA team by identifying, recruiting, and retaining talent, and by mentoring and coaching BAs across technical and professional capabilities. This role demands a blend of technical acumen, leadership vision, and cross‑functional collaboration to advance IAM capabilities for CIAM (Customer) and PIAM (Physical) initiatives across the enterprise while elevating the maturity of BA and Agile practices.
