Director, Human Resources - Corporate Functions

**Position Purpose:**

This position directs the implementation of plans and programs to ensure the most effective utilization of human resources to support specific area of responsibility. Works closely with business partners to ensure organizational objectives are met through the execution of human resources initiatives. Typically supervises multiple Human Resources Managers who have responsibility for varying functional areas or geographic locations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Partners with management to identify and plan human resources requirements necessary to meet short and long-term business needs.
+ Directs processes designed to identify developmental needs of managers and
