Director HEMA EMEA

Role Purpose

The Director, HEMA Surgery EMEA, is accountable for defining and executing HEMA strategy for our Surgery portfolio across EMEA. The role ensures that health economics, reimbursement and access strategies are fully aligned with Surgery EMEA business priorities, accelerating patient access and driving sustainable growth across the region through the development and execution of robust health economic arguments and tools that support value demonstration, funding and procedural adoption. The primary location for this role is Switzerland. Exceptional candidates outside Switzerland will be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with key global, regional, and local external and functional collaborators to define and execute the EMEA Surgery HEMA strategy, aligned with business and portfolio priorities.
