About the Role

Reporting to the Vice President, Retail Risk, Unsecured Lending, the Director & Head, Credit Risk Strategy will develop and execute credit risk strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize risk/return for lending products. Key Responsibilities

Ensure credit decisions (approval vs. decline, credit limit assignment) are aligned with risk appetite, optimizing risk/return over the long‑term. Drive continuous improvement in strategy effectiveness, leveraging champion/challenger capabilities to confirm assumptions and justify changes. Serve as an integral partner to business stakeholders, proactively contributing to growth initiatives by leveraging pre‑approvals and limit assignment.
