Director, Global Facilities & Construction, South Asia

Overview

Oversee and manage multiple project delivery for Global Construction projects for the South Asia region and, from time to time, support other projects/regions as required. Reporting to the Senior Director for Global Facilities and Construction to ensure that projects are successfully and safely delivered on time and within budget, managing change and assessing the operational and financial risks for proposed construction project plans and process for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ability to multitask, possessing sound leadership, mentoring and communication skills in order to prioritize projects according to urgency or internal client demands, and effectively delegate tasks to project managers and team members.
