Director, Engineering - Enterprise Integration Services

The Engineering Director of Enterprise Integration Services (EIS) within Client Products partners with the Product Director and peer teams to deliver enterprise API capabilities that support clients and advisors across Thrivent’s insurance and wealth management portfolios, including Life, Health and Annuities, Mutual Funds, Brokerage and Trust Accounts, Charitable, and Bank products.

In this role, you will lead multiple teams, oversee engineering operations, align technical execution with business strategy, and drive innovation across EIS and all our partner teams.



DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


Designing Solutions

+ Sets the vision for the teams and empowers the teams to design solutions

+ Review the overall / high level design and provide feedback to the team.

+ Helps the team to understand the architecture strategy for the given product groups and how it fits in the overall enterprise architecture.
