Director, Engineering & Delivery

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Director of Engineering & Delivery for one of our large Media & Entertainment clients. This is a full-time, remote opportunity, with a preference for candidates located in the Los Angeles or New York metro areas.
In this role, you will lead a multi-disciplinary organization spanning Engineering, QA, and Program Management across a portfolio of consumer-facing digital products, including streaming and Connected TV (CTV) experiences across Web, Mobile, and Smart TV platforms. Reporting to the SVP of Product & Technology, you will be responsible for engineering execution, delivery excellence, organizational effectiveness, and quality while leading through a team of managers. You will partner closely with Product leadership to execute against quarterly business priorities, improve engineering velocity, and help scale a fast-moving digital product organization.
