Director, Employee Relations

About The Role We’re looking for a Director, Employee Relations to join our team. In this role, you will establish and lead Element’s global employee relations strategy, governance framework, workplace investigations program, and employee conduct oversight processes. You will ensure the organization effectively manages workplace risk, promotes a positive and inclusive employee experience, and maintains compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions in which Element operates. You will serve as the organization’s subject matter expert on employee relations, workplace investigations, policy governance, and employment risk management, partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders to foster a high-performance culture while mitigating legal and reputational risk.
