Job Duties Job Duties As a member of the Human Resource Leadership Team (HRLT), the Director, Employee Relations, is responsible for leading the strategic labour and employee relations for Saskatchewan Polytechnic. The Director, Employee Relations, has direct responsibility for developing, enhancing and implementing a variety of progressive employee relations strategies, managing the organization’s collective bargaining and grievance/arbitration processes, and assisting in the ongoing development and implementation of various policy initiatives designed to support the organization in effectively managing its human resources.
