Job Summary - Director Emergency ServicesThe Director of Nursing, Emergency Services is a registered professional nurse who provides leadership and management to the emergency department(s) (and other units as assigned) through the application of advanced competencies in communication; job knowledge, professionalism and business skills. He/she provides clinical and business direction to the department of Emergency Services through the development and implementation of new programs, manages department operations and staff to achieve growth, customer satisfaction and financial objectives.
