• Lead multiple teams across sites
• Hiring, coaching, performance management, career development
• Build competency in key areas: RTL, DV, physical implementation interface, DFT, safety/security
• Define/drive architecture and micro-architecture decisions for blocks or SoCs
• Oversee RTL design, integration, and signoff readiness (timing/CDC/reset/power intent)
• Drive design methodology (lint, CDC/RDC, formal, low-power/UPF, DFTreadiness)
• Review and approve technical deliverables: specs, RTL quality, constraints, signoff reports, ECO strategies

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in a relevant study
