The Director of Customer Support Services plays a critical leadership role in optimizing the utilization of Sodexo contracted programs across designated segments. This position manages a team of Regional Account Managers and serves as the strategic liaison between segment operations, local sourcing partners, and broadline distribution centers. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics, strategic sourcing, and stakeholder engagement to drive value creation and operational excellence.
