Director, Corporate Trust

We are currently seeking a Director, Corporate Trust to join our team. The successful candidate will be based in either Toronto or Vancouver.

Responsibilities

• Manage the everyday workflow of files in the Corporate Trust division.
• Review and comment on Corporate Trust agreements in conjunction with our Managing Director, Corporate Trust.
• Organize required documents for transaction closings and liaise with our finance team to schedule incoming/outgoing wires.
• Maintain records under our various corporate trust appointments.
• Manage the issuance of securities for our client’s securityholders, including warrant exercises, note conversions, interest payment coordination, etc.
• Assist with month‑end corporate trust billing.
• Communicate with our clients and securityholders on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• University degree (Law would be an asset)
