We are currently seeking a Director, Corporate Trust to join our team. The successful candidate will be based in either Toronto or Vancouver. Responsibilities

Manage the everyday workflow of files in the Corporate Trust division. Review and comment on Corporate Trust agreements in conjunction with our Managing Director, Corporate Trust. Organize required documents for transaction closings and liaise with our finance team to schedule incoming/outgoing wires. Maintain records under our various corporate trust appointments. Manage the issuance of securities for our client’s securityholders, including warrant exercises, note conversions, interest payment coordination, etc. Assist with month‑end corporate trust billing. Communicate with our clients and securityholders on a regular basis. Qualifications
