Director Corporate Finance

Dynaciate, a member of the TECO Group, is seeking an experienced and strategic Finance & Corporate Services Director to lead the company's overall corporate management platform and drive organizational excellence during its next phase of growth.

Reporting to the CEO, this position serves as a key member of the leadership team and will be responsible for Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Administration, Document Control and Corporate Governance functions.

• Lead Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, Administration, and Document Control functions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and business performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial, tax, statutory, employment, and corporate governance requirements.
