Position Summary Interior Health has an exciting opportunity for Director, Contracted Services in Kelowna or Vernon. The role involves leading the overall development, operation, and direction of Contracted Services for Interior Health (IH). Salary range for the position is $118,923 - $170,951.
Responsibilities
Provides quality services by planning, directing, coordinating, recruiting, and providing leadership and supervision to Contracted Services staff. Terminates staff as required.
Develops, operates, and directs contracts by working with external contractors, external funders, and other business partners, internal managers, administrators, and staff.
Provides technical leadership, guidance, and direction on IH-wide and provincial initiatives. Leads and educates other managers on changes in policy.
Ensures best practices are aligned with IH mission, goals, and objectives.
