Director, Content Capabilities

**Job Description**

The Director, Content Capabilities leads the strategy, development, and advancement of content capabilities that enable the organization to scale modular content and AI-enabled production. This role is accountable for defining the future-state vision and roadmap for content design capabilities, tools, operating models, and ways of working across the portfolio. Through leadership of a team of Content Capability Associate Directors, the Director drives long-term transformation, including future Digital Production Platform (DPP) needs, while ensuring seamless support for current production and publishing operations. As new capabilities are developed and implemented, the team of Associate Directors remains accountable for their respective run-the-business utilization and performance, balancing operational excellence with capability evolution.
