Job Summary:

Directs multiple teams in planning and organizing the market-wide delivery of short and long range community initiatives and focus areas, ensuring alignment with community health priorities and organizational goals. Drives the development and implementation of long-term community health strategic plans. Directs teams in building and maintaining key and complex relationships with stakeholders including non-profits, for profits, elected officials, public agencies, and other key community and internal stakeholders to engage in long-term strategic community health work. Champions KPs position and long-term commitment to community health to internal and external audiences.
