We are partnered with a growing company that is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations. They are looking for an experienced Clinical Operations leader to establish and expand their LATAM Clinical Operations team, offering a strong opportunity to define regional strategy, build operational infrastructure, and drive long-term growth.Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Phase I–IV clinical trials, ensuring studies are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with study protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and applicable regulatory requirements.Lead and mentor Clinical Operations teams, driving performance, resource planning, and the successful execution of study start-up, enrollment, monitoring, and close-out activities across multiple global clinical programs.Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Data Management, Biostatistics, Ph...
