Position Overview

CHEO is a leading pediatric health organization dedicated to providing high-quality care to children and youth across Canada. We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as Director, Clinical Engineering. Compensation Pay Range: $75.67–$89.19 per year.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for clinical engineering services across CHEO and its regional partnerships, reporting to the VP of Strategy and CIO.
• Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of departmental strategies, quality improvement initiatives, risk management systems, and operational priorities aligned with CHEO’s mission and strategic direction.
• Oversee a clinical engineering service team of over 70 employees, delivering service to 20 healthcare facilities at 30 sites and managing support for up to 300 other clinical entities.
