What is the opportunity?
As part of the Group Risk Management team, theDirector, Cards Credit Strategy & Portfolio Managementwill be responsible for driving portfolio growth, through designing and executing credit strategies that balances profitability, credit risk, and client experience.
The role will also contribute to RBC’s AI innovation ambition through AI & Data Transformation (ADT) project, partnering with Borealis AI and product teams to advance RBC’s AI journey.
What will you do?
Support the Retail Cards business targets for balance growth, market share, profitability while remaining within risk appetite
Lead a team to develop and manage credit strategy, monitor portfolio performance, advance underwriting framework, and forecast credit losses
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have:
Expert knowledge of credit principles and risk management techniques including credit scoring models and their application in credit strategy development
