**Job Description**

The Director, Brand, Sponsorship & Centurion will lead a high-performing team responsible for shaping and communicating the American Express brand promise, delivering differentiated sponsorships and member experiences, and driving the strategic direction and customer value proposition of the Centurion portfolio across ANZ. This role is accountable for strengthening brand relevance, deepening customer engagement and loyalty, and delivering innovative experiences and propositions that drive business growth.

Working across local and global teams, the Director will oversee key partnerships, agency relationships and strategic initiatives that support enterprise-wide priorities and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
