Director / Assistant Director, Procurement

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize, formulate and execute/deploy yearly strategies to support the overall business goals and department goals.
• Develop initiatives that maximize benefits from emerging technologies, including AI.
• Responsible for the team categories management and drive significant cost reduction or value to the organization.
• Provide strategic supply base management including supplier selection, negotiations, and supplier relationship/performance management.
• Aligning strategies and processes with Sustainable Procurement policy
• Steer and develop teams towards achieving yearly business objectives and strategic goals (e.g., revenue, risk, reputation and cost etc.).
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, both internal and external.
• Key interface for stakeholder engagement and stewardship to value add to business units.
