Overview As Director of Analytics, you will guide our studio insights team on the Skate Franchise, partnering with data engineering and data architecture to shape the future of live‑service games. You will lead a team of analysts who are the face of our Data & Insights organization, working directly with studio leaders to improve player experience and business outcomes. You will help us modernize our analytics approach, championing new ways of working and responsible human‑first AI adoption.
