Director, AI Resourcing

The Director of AI Resourcing leads Lionbridge’s global freelance partner sourcing function in support of our rapidly growing AI Data Services business. This role is critical to ensuring we can identify, engage, and scale qualified freelance partners quickly and effectively to meet customer commitments across global AI programs and initiatives.

Partnering closely with Global Program Directors, Sales, Solutions, and regional leaders, the Director drives sourcing strategy, capacity planning, and pre‑sales support for active pursuits, RFPs, and customer engagements. Operating in a fast‑paced environment, this leader must manage multiple priorities simultaneously, deliver sourcing insights on aggressive timelines, and make sound, data‑driven decisions under pressure.
