Director, Advisor Recruitment

Job Description Reporting to the AVP, Recruiting & Strategic Growth, the Director, Advisor Recruitment is accountable for the national execution and performance of Sun Life Financial Distribution’s (SLFD) advisor recruitment efforts, with a direct focus on delivering advisor appointment targets and strengthening conversion outcomes across the recruitment funnel.

This role leads and develops the Advisor Recruitment Consultants and provides operational oversight of recruitment execution in partnership with Strategy and Select teams. The Director is responsible for ensuring recruitment consultants consistently deliver against targets, leverage data and insights to guide their actions, and build strong, sustainable advisor pipelines across established and emerging markets.
