Managing Director, Subsidiary (M/F) – Spain On behalf of a fast‑growing international group, we are recruiting a Managing Director to lead its Spanish subsidiary, operating in road signage equipment and urban infrastructure/public realm solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and chair the Executive/Management Committee;
directly manage the sales team. Develop, structure and upskill teams (sales and technical): capabilities, ways of working, performance culture. Design and execute marketing and operational action plans to achieve revenue, margin and profitability targets. In coordination with Group leadership, build and secure relationships with key accounts, notably international and public‑sector clients;
negotiate and oversee contract execution through to payment. Own the P&L, cash and investment roadmap;
