Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort in Dubai is seeking an experienced Dim Sum Chef to lead the preparation, execution and presentation of authentic dim sum in a premium dining setting.

You will craft dumplings, buns, rolls and steamed items, ensure consistency, mentor junior cooks, maintain food safety and cost controls, and contribute to seasonal menu enhancements while upholding Anantara standards.
