Responsibilities:
Provide strategic legal and regulatory advice on digital technology matters, including cybersecurity, online safety, AI governance, data privacy, platform regulation, digital services, and emerging technology frameworks.Monitor, interpret, and advise on regulatory developments, assessing their impact on business operations, products, policies, reporting obligations, compliance requirements, and risk exposure.Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of compliance frameworks, governance processes, regulatory policies, contract clauses, templates, and internal guidance across digital and technology regulatory areas.Partner with legal, compliance, product, risk, policy, commercial, and operational teams to support cross-functional regulatory initiatives, training, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation strategies.
