Digital Team Leader – France

Our client’s Research & Development Team is looking for Digital Team Leader to join us. The candidate will manage a team from concept to GDSII and, in close collaboration with the technical director, will contribute to the definition, implementation and monitoring of a common digital design methodology.

The candidate will also work in close collaboration with the other design teams (verification, physical implementation, mixed signal…) to deliver state-of-the-art SoC in advanced CMOS technology.

Work description
-Lead and support a digital IC design team from RTL to GDSII
-Propose a design methodology and contribute to its development to harmonize practices and maximize the performance of the digital design team(s), considering the needs of the complete set of projects
