Digital Solutions Strategist

Hearst Television is seeking a Digital Solutions Strategist. The Digital Solutions Strategist is a pre-sale leader embedded within local station teams, responsible for strategic media planning and driving revenue across all digital platforms. This role is equal parts sales partner, platform expert, and business strategist—reporting into the Sr Director, Digital Solutions and working closely with Account Executives, Digital Sales Managers, agencies, and advertisers to develop solutions that meet client objectives and grow digital revenue.

Strategists support revenue attainment by bringing innovative digital strategies and data-informed recommendations into the sales process. They are fluent in Hearst’s digital ad offerings and core platforms and present directly to internal and external stakeholders.
