About The Role

As a CBRE Digital Service Officer, you'll be responsible for the implementation and integration of new and existing systems and applications.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with the Client on the implementation and integration of systems and applications. Ensure the entire process is being monitored and report any abnormalities detected;
• Coordinate and provide the necessary trainings for any digital service implementation for FMC ground staff;
• Responsible for system integration and data transfer between FMC's system and the Client's prevailing solution (system/cloud);
• Ensure that data between FMC's system and the Client's prevailing solution (system/cloud) are successfully transmitted accurately and timely;
• Perform data quality checks to ensure that all the fields in the fault reports are complete such as, but not limited to, fault area, fault parts, fault description etc.;
