Responsibilities
- Lead recurring customer security coaching sessions, including tactical reviews and executive-level discussions
- Review threats, incidents, posture trends, and Microsoft security telemetry to identify areas for improvement
- Translate technical findings into business-focused recommendations and security roadmaps
- Partner with MDR/SecOps and Customer Success teams to align customer priorities and risks
- Provide guidance across Microsoft security capabilities including Defender XDR, Sentinel, Entra ID, and Purview
- Conduct security architecture and adoption planning to optimize Microsoft tool value
- Prepare advisement materials, tactical decks, and quarterly executive summaries
Requirements
- 8+ years of cybersecurity, cloud security, or managed security services experience
