We are looking for talented individuals to join our OCBC Digital Transformation team. As a Digital Product Owner, you will drive business growth and improvement through impactful digital initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancement and develop solutions that make a real impact.
What you do
The Digital Transformation team drives strategic initiatives for our branches, contact centre and RM‑Assisted channels. The role and responsibilities of the Product Owner for CRUISE (CRM system) are:
- Assume the role of digital Product Owner (PO) for designated projects and system enhancements for CRUISE
