Digital Product Analyst

The **Digital Product** group manages and delivers digital banking solutions for the Bank’s clients, including consumers, small businesses, corporate and institutional.

As the **Digital Product Analyst** , you will provide analytical and reporting support for the Digital Product team by helping develop and improve the portfolio of products. This role is responsible for supporting the digital product suite (and other product suites as assigned) through data analysis, reporting creation and automation, and analysis of data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights that enhance product performance and customer satisfaction. This includes assisting in the management of projects and deliverables to ensure the performance standards are met, as well as executing on the strategy set and working with some level of autonomy to resolve or escalate issues quickly.
