Job Description:
- Develop and execute YouTube content and growth strategies aligned with business objectives
- Conduct keyword research and optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, and playlists for YouTube SEO
- Analyze channel performance and identify opportunities to improve views, watch time, subscriber growth, and audience engagement
- Track and report key YouTube performance metrics, including CTR, audience retention, watch time, subscriber conversion, impressions, and traffic sources
