This is a remote position. From campaign planning and analytics to content, email, and contractor coordination. You'll work directly with company leadership to translate strategy into demand, hold a consistent publishing and outbound rhythm across channels, and apply best practices to everything we publish. Requirements What You'll Do Build and maintain a 90-day rolling content and campaign calendar. Design, author and run demand-gen campaigns that put MyEmployment in front of CHROs, Chief People Officers, and CFOs at U.S. employers with 1,000+ employees. Build and manage email nurture sequences in ZoHo, segmenting by several different demographics. Repurpose founder-driven content into multiple formats (long-form, short-form, video, carousel, email) aimed at the employer audience. Create, edit and/or approve posts, emails, and short videos yourself or with a team of contracted resources necessary to meet campaign content goals.
