Digital Marketing Intern

Puffy is one of the fastest-growing mattress brands in North America and our digital marketing engine is core to how we acquire and retain customers. This internship is for someone who wants to learn by doing not by watching. You’ll work alongside a high‑velocity marketing team executing real campaigns across paid, social and owned channels from day one. This isn’t a shadow‑and‑observe program. You’ll build campaigns, analyze performance data, create social content and generate insights that directly inform strategy. This isn’t a static role. High‑performing interns at Puffy can grow into Digital Marketing Coordinator (own campaign execution and channel management end‑to‑end) or Digital Marketing Specialist (lead strategy for specific channels or audience segments). What takes 4‑5 years elsewhere happens in 1‑2 here.
