Key Responsibilities
- Support the Digital team in daily operations and project execution, including:
- eCRM operations and project management.
- Coordination with external agencies and partners.
- Management and optimization of both B2C and B2B websites.
- Take ownership of digital projects of varying scope and complexity, from conception to delivery.
- Build campaign and promotional pages using the internal Content Management System (CMS).
- Develop and implement tag plans to support tracking and analytics.
- Collect and consolidate data from both online and offline sources.
- Design and maintain dashboards and deliver regular performance reports using Google Data Studio and/or PowerBI.
- Monitor, interpret, and communicate trends in digital metrics and KPIs to drive actionable insights.
