Digital Engineering Lead – Water
Location: Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington or Christchurch, New Zealand.

As Digital Engineering Lead – Water, you will drive the delivery of water projects across the country, combining hands‑on project delivery with national influence to shape tools, standards and ways of working that improve consistency, quality and efficiency.
About you
- Extensive experience in digital engineering within infrastructure or water, with strong expertise in Civil 3D and/or Plant 3D.
- Proven ability to lead and embed digital delivery standards, workflows and quality practices across teams.
- A hands‑on approach that allows direct contribution to project delivery while coaching others.
- Experience supporting or leading digital transformation initiatives within engineering environments.
